MEETING
Let’s get to know each other. We are excited that you are opening a great new chapter in your life, and would love to hear all about it. Our team will arrange a virtual or in-person appointment at your convenience to view your space and define our goals.
CONSULTING
Let’s find the balance between your wants, needs, and budget for the project.
We will provide you with suggestions in floor plans, color schemes, style, etc. Besides having extensive experience in the design field, our team works closely with many contractors, so that we can fit your budget with your goals.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
We will develop the floor plan base on the numbers we got from the meeting day, then develop it in virtual visualization. The function, traffic, and component portions are filtered to match the project design direction.
FINISHING CHART
Colors, materials, textures, and furniture will be collected on a board or virtual board.
REALISTIC CONCEPT
To deliver the space concept to you, we use a variety of high-end solutions, such as 3D renderings, 360 VR, videos, sketches, etc. You will experience the space totally before the first brick is laid.
BLUEPRINT
​We provide a blueprint for any built-in furniture and customized cabinetry we produced. Through sketching visualization and rendering in 2D-3D, you can ensure that the finished product matches the overall design perfectly.
